On the fritz, BIG TIME
So my computer is pretty much dead. Totally and utterly DEAD. My computer means more to me than my right arm. It is as much as part of me as my heart and soul. If I can’t at least recover the 40Gb of crap I’ve collected over the past 6 or 7 years I will seriously be heading towards suicidal thoughts. And that’s not something I like to joke about! I know it is fixable, cos I have been through this exact same problem before. But I’m still very very scared. I rang some computer shops (damn having no computer geek bf!) and they want to charge money, LOTS of money, and I have none right now. Speaking of money, the bank, who have been offering my overdrafts and credit cards all freaking year, turned around and said ‘no’ when I finally said ‘yes, I’d like an overdraft’. So freaking pissed at them right now, the lady who gave me the application said I was entitled to up to $2000!! I was like ‘no way!! $500 is fine thanks’. But they even turned me down on that. So maybe they haven’t turned me down completely yet, but they rang two days ago asking all sorts of questions, and saying dumb shit like ‘why don’t you use your mastercard?’ to which I replied ‘have you seen the balance of my mastercard?!’ to which he replied ‘yes’ and I said ‘well there you go, THAT’S why I can’t use my mastercard’.
Anyway, back to the computer, the good news is I have found someone who is going to fix it, just for fun, completely pro-bono. The bad news is he is on another island till Saturday. The good news is I have an exam on Saturday, so being without a computer is doing wonders for my study. However, I’m also still very scared!
Anyway, I will keep this short and sweet, cos I know there are others out there who have WAY bigger problems than whether or not their computer will turn on, but from my perspective, this is bad, very very bad. So for now I say goodbye, I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but hopefully sooner rather than later!

If my computer (make that both of them)weren’t working I think I would go into cardiac arrest!
Yea, it was getting close…. my big worry was losing all my files, but I had faith that they were completely salvageable! And they were

Are you from England or something? Because you type with a funny accent!
Lol, funny how? I try and ‘Americanise’ some things so you all know what I’m talking about. No, I’m not from England, but New Zealand, way down the other end of the planet

OMG!! The Pauline Parker/Juliet Hulme murder is one of my favourite murders!!! And it all happened to New Zealand!!! I just found out about it because I watched Heavenly Creatures for the first time about three weeks ago!!!
lol, you can have a favourite murder? I’m originally from christchurch, where that happened, we used to have my Grandad’s work christmas picnic’s at Victoria Park, where she was murdered. And of course the port hills and the gardens where all their fantasy things took place are very familiar too!
