One week down…
Well, one week down, and things are going pretty well in my new place, which is a temporary arrangement involving co-habitation with bf. It’s been about 4 months since we got together… I think it’s not too soon, but it is only temporary, it’s a good trial for a more permanent arrangement down the track.
There have been some definite advantages of moving here. The food has gotten a little more interesting! Mostly we ate stir fry’s and rice risotto’s at my old place, but this week we’ve had cottage pie, chicken masala (didn’t like that one tho), spaghetti bolognese, orzo with spinach/mushrooms beans and a roast chicken with all my favourite veges. Yum!! So much variety, it’s good. And I’ve been going to the sunday fruit and vege market, so cheap! I’ve got my own study set up (I’m paying $150 a week for the room, may as well get some use out of it!), and have actually used it too.
I had a count up the other day… of the ~16,000 words I needed to write for my Honours papers, I’ve got 9600 to go. Which is terrible considering I’ve had since February. But not so bad that I can’t manage it over the next few weeks. Have arranged a weeks leave from work to ensure I really do get it done though.
And the blog is still a secret
The problem with it is that he asked me point blank a while back if I did, and I said ‘no’ (which is my standard answer, no one I actually know in person knows about this). So if he finds out… could get tricky! :S The disadvantage is not being able to read other people’s blogs as regularly! But I’m trying to keep up and also comment, have always been bad at that…
Have a good sunday

Make sure you clear your history so he doesn’t find it on your computer!
the funny thing is, I’d actually be safer using his computer! He doesn’t keep his browser history. Blogsome login is currently a bookmark on my toolbar… could probably get rid of that for a start! He’s really not up with the play with the whole facebook/bebo/myspace/blog scene which has it’s benefits! But I will hide that bookmark and clear my history right now, better safe than sorry! Thanks
