Health warning
Word of the (now) wise: if you watch this movie, play this game (a LOT) and read this book all in one weekend, you will have crazy dreams and sleepless nights! I didn’t sleep at all well this weekend while housesitting, and even being back home last night I woke up a bit. I’m sleeping really heavily on my shoulders (I don’t know how this works, that’s the only way I can describe it!) and so they hurt and wake me up, I switch and a couple of hours later the same thing happens. A trip to the Osteo will help, but I’m leaving it till as close to christmas as possible. I will also be subconsciously thinking about leaving my current job and starting my new one. I’ve got 3 more days of work left and a few tasks to finish. Today I have meetings all day, but kinda spread out, so I have half to one hour between. This is not conducive to being productive, but in the interest of efficiency I’ve decided I can utilise this time and will sort and file emails. A stupid task which needs to be done and is really time consuming! I’m hoping even with the meetings in between I’ll still get most of them sorted today.

I hope your shoulders feel better soon. I’ve had a lot of muscle tension myself the past two days and I can’t figure out why! It’s in my lower back so I’ve been laying on my stomach.
Shoulders sound tricky, though I can sort of relate. I sleep with my arms over my head almost like I’m caging my own skull. Strange? Perhaps, but that’s me for ya!
Thanks! I’ve booked the Osteo for Tues, so that will help. I am feeling better after a few nights in my own bed. If I let myself I will sleep all crazy too, on my stomach, or arms under my pillow or something bad, legs all over the place, but now I have one of those memory foam pillows and so I’m pretty good at staying on my side now, and my neck hardly ever has problems, I used to get a lot of headaches. If I don’t sleep well I get really sore, especially in my lower back if I sleep on my stomach, opposite to you if you’ve been getting relief from sleeping on your stomach!
