I hope your shoulders feel better soon. I've had a lot of muscle tension myself the past two days and I can't figure out why! It's in my lower back so I've been laying on my stomach.

Shoulders sound tricky, though I can sort of relate. I sleep with my arms over my head almost like I'm caging my own skull. Strange? Perhaps, but that's me for ya!

Thanks! I've booked the Osteo for Tues, so that will help. I am feeling better after a few nights in my own bed. If I let myself I will sleep all crazy too, on my stomach, or arms under my pillow or something bad, legs all over the place, but now I have one of those memory foam pillows and so I'm pretty good at staying on my side now, and my neck hardly ever has problems, I used to get a lot of headaches. If I don't sleep well I get really sore, especially in my lower back if I sleep on my stomach, opposite to you if you've been getting relief from sleeping on your stomach!
